Ushering for ChildAid last night wasn't too bad, even though I was at the door and there was quite a fair bit of kerfluffle trying to hand out programme booklets and still trip tickets. But hey, ran into quite a bunch of guys from school, like Yuan Chang and other people.

Wei Jie (notquiteacow) was kind enough to get me bottle of tea and some bread, so at least I didn't go hungry despite rushing there from a very dismally attended club session. Plus he deigned to watch It's My Life, finally. I'm glad for UCC ushering actually, there's so much fun and jokes, it's more like having fun than working. My manager's called Geraldine (Gerri for short) and she was telling us about sociology and all. Plus they were all oozing over the ten year old Japanese dude who's pretty awesome at drums and, get this, is called Tiger Onitsuka. And he was wearing an Onitsuka Tiger shirt inside anyway haha.

Supper at the Cheong Chin Nam stretch with Wei Jie and Roxanne after that, got to finally try this Horlicks/Milo Godzilla thing. I never really knew how fricking awesome it was, like some mega thing with ice cream and cream and whooo all the powder all over. I'm going back for it one day!

I got back near 1am, but hey, surprisingly my dad wasn't pissed. Maybe this work thing makes sense or something haha.
